The Spirit Moves Through Me…

Last night I hopped the red eye

from the East Bay, Oakland, CA.
It was with tears in my eyes that I left
the most shining and nurturing place,
432 Bellevue, the home of
and Wild Heart Painting as a
Spiritual Practice.
An incredible group of powerful,
loving and healing women created
together a container of acceptance
and space, filled with the most
profound silence in which to paint
and explore our inner most beings.
My way of being in the world is
forever changed because of the power
and BIGNESS of this group of
women who came together in
synergy, honoring the needs of
each and every one to move
towards wholeness.  I thank
them all with a profoundness
I cannot even begin to comprehend.
Their openness and generosity
has allowed me to move into
an adventure that will continue for
the rest of my days in this life time.
I am still digesting it all, but I wanted to
share at least one of the painting I made
while there.
When I got home this morning at 6:30 am, wired
and tired, but wanting to share the experience with
David, I found this waiting for me from the lovely
Lorna at Artymess.

This beautiful fabric post card and some goodies
in a package from the UK.  Lorna is a truly inspiring
artist and art teacher, check out her blog and the art she is
creating for her self and with her students,
and don’t miss Jim’s singing!

Missed you all, more tomorrow.
