Thanks to Karen….Go Fly A Kite

Thanks to Karen Isaacson and her huge creative energy which never ceases to amaze me, I am now participating in Daisy Yellow’s ICAD(index card a day) June and July fest and Karen’s new blog Mail Me Some Art mail swaps which you can find here…

I made my first ICAD today, not so impressive, drawing is always intimidating for me, but I am jumping in using ruled index cards that belonged to my son(from 10 years ago – yes I saved them and am going to just work in the spiral book for the challenge. Go fly a kite…

Thanks Karen, now shut uh, she’ll know what I mean with xoxox

What a fun challenge! I know what you mean about drawing; the best thing is to just do it – like you are doing. I am sitting here wondering If our shops carry index cards…

This is so cute! I love using spiral index cards for art. If you don’t like one, just tear it out. Also, good for taking in your back pocket.
