Security Free Zone

There is no security in this life.
Each step is a giant leap into the
unknown.

That’s okay because life is
an adventure with new sights
around every corner and the
serendipity, the unexpected
is what makes it so exhilarating.

Hot day, busy day, dogs in,
dogs out.  Life passed by so
fast today that I almost missed
time.  Now the planet has slowed
and I am going to sit and enjoy
the fading warmth into the evening
and watch the ducks and geese bob
on the pond and let my brain drain…

My take on the Security Free Zone

Hi! glad i found you! Thank you so much for the blog award! Not sure if i am worthy as my old blog has been somewhat neglected these days, but I will take it!

Your collages are so full of color and life! I can't seem to use bright color for the life of me! Good going!

Have a wonderful Spring and thanks again!

it is like Spring is in full bloom on your blog! i love coming here and catching up on all the juicy artwork, poems, insights and ideas. Oh, to sit down and have you walk me through herbs and plants … this is something i have wanted to learn for a long time. i need someone to go through my garden and tell me what i can grow and what i need more of in my yard/my life.

the mail art is so exciting … makes me want to rush down to my table and get working … in fact, i think i will!

(and yes, i think a book of your art, your photographs and you poems would be such a treasure to have … to dip into for fresh ideas/views and for the magic that you ooze!)

Love this! I'm in the midst of a giant leap into the unknown, so it's always comforting to remember that it's sooo worth it. Thank you for the reminder. 🙂

Can I borrow your duck pond? Sounds so peaceful…. 🙂 Have a great weekend!
