Painting — Llado’s Third Eye

Here is a painting I did a while ago.  I never shared. Until now, maybe it’s because I need some wisdom from that third eye to keep me going.  He’s rather charming to me is this bull.

Farmhouse rehab is in full swing and hopefully the home stretch.  Dog gates going in.  Deck being framed and soon we can move room by room to finish and move in.  Still a ton of work to do and we have been lamenting our “lost” summer.  Not once have I set a toe into the ocean.  Maybe in the Fall.  A couple of quick views of what’s afoot.

I know quite boring, but the deck should be built by weeks end next.

IMG_3472Tile is done in the master bath, thank you Superhero, and the fixtures are mostly in.  Our lovely rainhead shower needs a longer arm, don’t we all. We both need a good long medicinal soak about now as our muscles are feeling the good old fashioned hard work.

More to come.  Have a wonderful weekend as we labor during Labor Day in the USA.

Love your painting, so full of energy and vibrant colours. Glad things are coming along nicely at the new place, but look after yourself, too! Hugs, Valerie

I think you are both super-heroes Corrine, so much hard work, and you are still going strong, even with hard muscles !- Yes that wonderful master bath will be a fantastic treat when finished to use ,- The deck will be next summers favorite place to sip tea-coffee-wine…. knowing the doggies are fenced in and can`t run off .
Your red bull, has all the power you so use every day, and maybe now could use a bit more of, …you have to paint a new one ,if this one is used 🙂
    Weekend hugs from Dorthe

Bully good, charming painting. Is he cracking the bull whip at you to keep you going? I remember you had a lovely trip to the SW last spring, that must have filled your spirit with calm to get you through these tough workiful days. You deserve a long hot soak with your man soon! Ah, fences and gates to relieve you of the pressure of keeping an eye on the doggies! That will be a big help. And soon a deck from which you will be able to relax after a long work day and survey the bounty. The end is in sight.

LOVE the energy in the painting, Corrine! It helped to get my 2rd eye ‘awake’ and my Sacral is feeling a burst of creative energy too! LOL!!! Your new shower is just what the doctor ordered. I can’t believe that you’ve accomplished as much as you have in such a relatively short time (although I’m sure it feels like you’ve been working forever!!!). Sending love and hugs! ♥

a great painting — and how great that looks with the tiles.. my husband just does this in the staircase at the moment and he is so so stressed with large tiles and all this surface irregularities.. but it will look superb in the end..but when will the happy end come ?!! Nobody knows!

That bull has an amazing energy, your painting is free and spontaneous, that’s what I love about your art Corrine!
Great shower, you’re working real hard but I’m sure you’ll be real proud and very happy in your new home soon!

Mr. Bull with the purple eyes is really sweet.
Great to see your house progression and looking forward to seeing more.

That’s one clever bull! And quite a lovely painting that’s full of energy, too.

Ah! That deck looks so familiar. Been there, done that (grin). Glad to see progress being made.

That’s a nice master bath. I like how the tiles were laid out. But I agree, from the looks of it in the photo, that arm is a bit short on the rain shower.

Love your artwork, Corrine, no bull! And, I love the idea of a deck and all the comfort and relaxation it will support (literally). But, I am “in love” with your new bathroom! Wowser!
