Muse doll for 2018

Be the light is my theme for 2018. It’s been sitting with me for a while and ruminating. Of course I had to celebrate this them with a riot of colorful hues. In the last month or so I’ve been stitching on her and today I completed my intuitive process and her journey on time for 2018. I believe she speaks for herself and has a couple of bells to ring in case I’m not paying attention.

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day were wonderful spent with friends and family and I’m looking forward to an artful day with friend Erika and a good long catch up.

Wishing you all a happy new year in 2018.

I heard the bells as I watched her take shape. It’s a great idea and theme for 2018. I admit, you are often the light that inspires my art. Your ideas are often infectious. Happy holidays and joyous 2018.

BTW, I want to see yours and Erika’s play date. I wish I lived closer, because I would BEG to join you two to let me play, too! So, I’ll just have to play vicariously through photos.
