Most Thankful for Friends Like You

For electric hair and the color pink.

For the Superhero and J and G

Wet noses and paws and fur that stinks

after rain and damp and mist and fog

for every day I walk and draw and paint

and glue and stitch and sing, most

grateful for every living thing and rocks and

friends who paint them too, for weavers and

spinners of yarns and tales, for bliss and

sadness and grief and light and lightening and

sparks and sparkles and fight for every darn thing

that flows through my days and most of all

thankful for all of YOU without whom I

wouldn’t create and push me to elevate,

meditate and shine.

Most Grateful for all of YOU.

I too am grateful for all the good things that happen here! last nite I watched Barbra Streisand whose music I love ‘in her new show “50 yrs.” I was impressed with what she said about what we notice and appreciate as we age! tis true . the wonderful things others do for those in need, the artwork that my blog buddies create, no longer the sporty cars or fancy clothes! for me it is seeing the beauty and happiness others create! xxoo
