Good Vibrations

The sun at this time of year
is so penetrating after all
of the winter cold that it
fairly vibrates in the body.

I had this feeling as I worked
on the journal page of my hand.
Energy and golden warmth.

Mrs. Moen has an interesting challenge afoot.
Find your favorite tablecloth and alter it.
You can find all the details by clicking the button
on the right.  Here is the vintage linen picnic
tablecloth I found at my favorite elegant thrift store
Flukes, Finds and Friends in Newburyport, MA last
summer.  I will be using this one to alter for the challenge.

I especially like that it has a couple of holes and a large
coffee stain.  This should be fun.

Also check out Primitive Folk Art by Benedetta
their is a link to her etsy shop and the portrait is
of my son’s dogs.  She did a marvelous job and
it was a swell Christmas gift.

Today we got our first one of these
in 2010.  The girls are back.  Yes we
have a duck that lays conehead eggs,
(anyone remember Primat and Beldar?)
