Get Out of Your Head and Into Your Body

Sounds more like an affirmation I know, but that’s the agitation I feel when I need to get back to painting from inside the body and not from the head.

A good, healthy shake-it-up moment when scribbling with ball point pen, painting with fingers and moving all the energy through the body.  A thunderstorm with flashes of lightening. Changes in the internal barometric pressure switch….

This painting probably has alot more to say, but it moving on it’s own volition now, the story will reveal itself to me when the spirits are ready.  Time to go out and beat my hide drum, see what the music can conjure up too.
