Friends…Artists In Blogland… Color This Quote

Marcia and Jessica are hosting a new challenge over at Artists in Blogland  —  you can see it here.  I enjoy participating in these challenges because the gals do a great job coming up with new ideas for self expression – like Carolyn and Jessica did with Fall Fearless and Fly, which just ended. Here is my journal entry for the new challenge.  My friend Lyle sent me a great color copy of her birthday card and these are the ladies I used on the page…..The page was made with recycled cereal boxes woven like a quilt and the type was from a Basic Grey letter sheet I bought ages ago…It all seemed to work so well with that great image. Thanks to my friends Marcia and Jessica for coming up with this new challenge….Why not hop in…

Friends are like quilts...

Good friends are like quilts…they age with you yet never lose their warmth
