Friday Affirmations — Joy multiplies exponentially

Joy multiplies exponentially —
I am truly finding that the more joy I add to my life, to my creative play, bringing it to family and friends, the more it multiplies and multiplies  — exponentially.  You know the old saying “what goes around comes around”.  Pretty true….put out joy get back joy.  Now it’s not all catmint and posies….but the balance does seem to tip slightly to the happier side, or maybe it is just that the sad, hurt, angry, yucky, urghhh side doesn’t last as long as it used to.  I feel like I am adapting to acceptance of happiness and letting things go so much easier.  Part of it is de-cluttering, which I continue to do.  Get rid of those things that are just STUFF and really have no meaning.  Keep only what you love, what seems sacred, what is meaningful and get rid of the rest.  The STUFF that’s important to me now are the people I love, friends, animal companions and the creative dance….Letting go of possessions feels  like making space for the new discoveries yet to come….new places, big ideas, fearless creative abandon and a whole huge basket of joy…so make your joy and spread it around, it comes back, you’ll see…love ya!

Linking up to Paint Party Friday(my Vintage Bazaar show is this weekend – I will try and visit everyone I can on Friday, but will be around Monday to visit the rest)

Ooh nail on head sweetie. Lol something I am struggling with at the moment!! I hate the claustrophobic feeling of too much ‘stuff’ around me and I am forever trying to attack it all and de-clutter but I have to admit to never knowing where to start!!
I love your hearts piece, all my fave colours and a fab composition that works beautifully – gorgeous.
    Huge hugs x

Your post today is not only an affirmation for Friday, Corrine, but for life! While I was away for two weeks, I had lots of time for “soul searching,” and returned to my “regular” life more appreciative and positive about all the things in my life. This attitude is being returned to me 10 fold! Good karma, I say! This artful piece you are sharing today is beautiful! If you are (or even have been) a card player, you will know why I call this “The Twenty of Hearts.” Love multiplies just as joy multiplies!
