Flowers and Stars and Softies everywhere

I’m in the mood for softies, they are stealing my heart away so I keep making them. Flowers and stars and more flowers and stars and a cloud or two.

Sunny garlands, floral hues and blue and white stars.  I’ve got more on the work table and they are keeping me quite busy.  Off to stitch some more.

Love the softies. And yes, a fabric painting day sounds good. I’d love for you to come up, but right now I am full for a couple of weeks. Let me find a Saturday with the daughter off to the boyfriends after that and we should plan a day. I’ve been pretty lax getting it all together. 🙂

Wonderful softies. I can see how they can be addicting. If I had that skill set, I’d probably make them all day long. But hand sewing and I don’t mix. I really like your choice of colors and fabrics, too.

These sofities could hang anywhere, on a door knob, over a shelf or mirror……….
I can see how making them could become addictive.
I like the sunny garland on the left (and the single ones too, of course).

Working with fabrics, and thread, really also sometimes steal my heart, Corrine, there can be created so much soft and sweet all kind of things,- from dolls, stars, flowers, animals, and so much more. So happy a play, as long it is for fun, and not a lot of ordered items, which it often
was for me, when having the shop.
Leaving you, to more softies,in beautiful colors and shapes. Have a wonderful weekend, dear.

I love your softies… And love that you don’t put any grand plan in place for your creativity, but just follow what feels right creatively … That inspires me !

I love the direction(s) that your stitching takes you, Corrine! There is much to be gained, much to be calmed, much to be felt in softness. These are really sweet!
