Fa la la

The tree that almost wasn’t has been renewed

With twinkly lights and some safety too. The elves have been busy making gifts by hand

And relaxation into the dark season has begun No more frantic things to do. Bake a puppy biscuit or twenty two

Mrs. Peabody’s world has a magical view

Of some rainbow prisms through a crystal or two.

A magical season has begun connecting all of us every one. Peace and beauty and Making of merry. Take a breath and feel the beauty. Be the light.

The tree looks good so I guess Miss Roxie hasn’t done anything more to it. 🙂 It is the season of dark, with the first day of winter almost here. I do enjoy the lights and festivity. Missed our lunch date today but looking forward to some arty farty time soon. Hugs-Erika

I loved the poem. It fit so well with the beautiful photos you shared of your tree and warm home.. Enjoy the beauty of the season, dear friend.

I hope Miss Roxie won’t take any more interest in the tree. Your pillows are fabulous and Mrs. Peabody is quite a character. So cute!
    Have a joyous week, Corrine!

I love that embroidered hand. Very textural. Makes me want to lay my hand on top of it to measure the size of my hand.

Magical, indeed! Love that first pillow. Is that glove open– so that a child might place his or her hand inside of it?
