Envelope Redux

Not too much time for creation today.
A brief hour at the end of the work day.
Grocery shopping over the weekend yielded
some cereal boxes that needed to be upcycled.

Two of them made for fun play with some
pretty scrap book card stock and magazine
images that turned them into elegant mailers.
Sturdy enough for a slim gift, or just for fun.

Shown open…

Some japanese washi tape
finished front…

And the back.

Pink themed envelope…

Washi tape front…

And the back…

Fun project for a quick creative fix.

    Hi Corrine

Thanks for sharing these wonderful envelopes – you're so resourceful!
I keep a lot of that stuff too and weeks later end up throwing it all in the rubbish!!
NOW I know what I can do with it – I can't wait to play.

I always get inspired when I see your mail art. I just got some cigar magazines to play with!
