Done, Done and Done, Now it’s time to Create

The home studio cubby is done, done, done.  Now I can get back to the love of creating for it’s own sake. I will admit it feels so good to have everything totally organized and there is a lightness to the whole place now.

It is wabi sabi at best.  There is no perfect in my life and that tarnished remains as a reminder that life is about using it, using it well and using it up.

A small shelf to hold a few spirit bottles and creations and an old suitcase.

A blank journal page ready to go, still life with old doorknob?

A mail art box in prgress…

And a colorized photo of me at four years old (look at that tooth gap) and the reflection of my hands using my new iphone to snap this pic. History and technology – that’s how life has evolved.

I am ready to rock and roll.

(now would you like to pay me a visit??? to help organize??? 🙂
I so feel the need to totally purge my studio, but don’t have enough hours in the day to do it, yet it has to be done.
    To have creative thinking space…..

Appears very inviting, clean table top with tools close at hand, open journal to a blank page. I’ll bet it isn’t blank any more! What’s that stuff in the right corner, looks a little like white insulation oozing out of the wall? Is it a sculpture? Interesting. Are you going to be posting on your old blogs anymore?

Such a great place to create- the natural light, the way you have table space to work and have your supplies in arm’s reach. How true about the past and technology!

I think cleaning our studios helps us organize our thoughts as well. Building up
the eagerness to create is always refreshing. Love the photo of you then and now all in one.
