Cutting Shapes, Finger Paints

Spiraling out again on the 40 Day Creativity Experiment book.  Cutting scrapbook paper shapes and finger painting.  The nice part about working some each day over time is the ideas have a chance to come to fruition and the whole piece moves at it’s own rhythm, as if I am just the doer and the piece is the messenger.  A fascinating process for me as I am not known for being patient.  I believe I am liking this way of being and shall explore it further in the next works…

    the colors are great and I like the shapes. how about a wall hanging or a Tablecloth? you could paint those shapes on a canvas drop cloth or stitch them on ???

    This is so cool! I especially like that second photo, where on the curled end you can see the reds against the purples against the golds. Really rich color.

    Hello Corrine, this is such a spectacle for the eyes of colors that dance…i love the concept of taking your time over it, adding bit by bit over time, very interesting.
