Collage Montage

Finishing up several projects.  Getting ready for the Vintage Bazaar and I am happy and relieved to say that I have 49 pieces ready to go and some furniture upcycling in the works that the Superhero and I are doing together.  I will share them all soon.  Here is a small series of 4×4 collages on deep cradled panels using some of my collection of cancelled stamps.  These are simple but sweet and the stamps are what really shine here.

Loving the backgrounds of blues and greens, and the geometry of your stamps, circles, and dashes. You are going to rock that bazaar! xo

Although I no longer have my collection, I was a stamp collector as a child. Stamps still have a fascination for me, so this “quad” is something I really love. You have created a busy and very interesting background, but the focus remains on the stamps–not an easy thing to accomplish, but you have done it with aplomb!

Beautiful work Corrine. What is it about stamps that is so appealing? Little works of art in themselves. Love how you used your stamps and popped them with the cool colors. Well done!

While the stamps are fun, it’t the background that make the shine. Love the greens with all the texture!
So you’re going to sell your pieces at a bazaar or didI get that wrong? Sounds both a bit scary and lots of fun.

I’m too afraid to use my stamps. They are so cool, aren’t they? Okay, I’ll use them.

(I’m going to make copies first)
