Art Is You

Just back from Art is You.  Feeling totally overwhelmed by the daily living that has already taken over and still trying to unpack, process, and reorient the brain to today. I am swirling with emotion, processing all the occurred and rocking at the amazing women I met, teacher’s who shared and shared, women I formed friendships with and the inclusive community that is Art is You. Women really do rule the world in all the ways that count – being heartFULL, open, giving, BRAVE really really BRAVE, talented, creative OH SO CREATIVE, inspiring, kind, loving and welcoming.  A powerful mojo bubble of good energy flew out into the world from this retreat and it’s effects will be felt for a long time. I have one photo to share with you today, almost all my photos were blurry, too busy noticing and flowing and LAUGHING to stand still long enough to take a good photo, but this little black and white Instagram can begin the reveal. Done in Andrea Matus Demeng’s Suspended Souls class, here is a black and white version of my vintage photo and process.  More later, so much catching up to do with all of you…
