Around here lately

Around here lately the studio is getting gussied up

A friend spend five days over Thanksgiving with us and we relaxed and stitched and she went home with her doll.

The sunsets have been dramatic

And the Superhero helped our contractor put in the new front door right before Thanksgiving

Which was a very good thing because on Thanksgiving our back yard looked like this…

Slowly unpacking and organizing, and unpacking some more, but we managed some walks to the river beach and ate lobstah and did a bit of fun gallery hopping in old downtown Portsmouth, NH.  What’s been doing round you all lately?

Your art always makes me smile and I love the vignette or shelfie as some might call it. Superhero looks like he could have installed the door by himself. And that is one AWESOME door, too.

Dramatic views, including the snow from your home are stunning. Sounds like you and your company had a lovely Thanksgiving.

Oh boy you were so lucky to get that beautiful new solid wood door in before all that snow fell.
The studio, the sunset and the snow scene all look so beautiful so far how can you not be more than grateful for it all! Your Thanksgiving could not have been better sharing with special friend and your Superhero! Happy unpacking and setting things up!

We had snow here too a couple days after Thanksgiving – and I DO NOT like the snow, no I don’t! Luckily it was just a little and melted off the streets pretty quickly. Glad you’re settling in the new place. Around here I just finished up emptying all my Christmas bins and distributing all that holiday cheer all over the house! Whew!
