52 Projects #9

Spring Chaos.

We had our first taste of Spring today after 30″ of snow last week. Warmth reached 57 F in our top of Southern Maine and a walkabout in the sun filled the bill. Ella and Peanut dog enjoyed a race along the beach today and the Superhero and myself took an afternoon stroll along the brick side walked charm of Portsmouth, NH. The streets were packed with folks out and about and the restaurants had two hour wait times. We kept strolling along and headed home

My project this week is a painting for the March show whose theme is “green” be that color or recycling. My “Spring chaos” reflects the color but I’m working on a recycled piece too. This piece is 18″x24@ and my colorful chaotic self for sure. Hope this bit of Spring fever sticks around. Happy week.

I can only imagine your snow life!
But your spring colors are inspiring!

I always love a “green” project and this one looks beautiful. Your art always makes me smile, and the canvas is perfect for a springtime outing.

So glad your weather has improved. I was SO worried that you might have lost power, but now I’m even happier to read your weather has turned delightful. Glad you two and the dogs had a good walk, too.

I hope it hangs around too. We need some melt! A lot of melt! I bet Portsmouth was packed. Hard to walk on these narrow and wet (or muddy) roads. Love your piece today. Those are the colors of spring and warm weather. 🙂

Now how are you supposed to adjust to those kind of weather differences so quickly?! Just as you did, with a smile on your face and a nice long walk with your best buds. And painting bright big paintings too! nice.

    Happy colors Corrine,

I have created a new salutation! That can only be attributed to the mastery you achieve in applying colors to everything you touch both in spiritual and physical ways.

Hopefully, I will be able to achieve some artistic insights from your colorfull and fun-filled workshops.

I love you entry for the March show and look forward to see the other “green” entry.

Gosh all that snow must have been impressive.
Your painting is a colourful contrast with so much life springing from the ground.

Looks like a spring explosion. I like the dripping effect.
